About the position:

As a Meeting Scheduler for our client, you will play a central role in creating new business opportunities by booking qualified meetings for the sales team. Your clients will be small and medium-sized businesses, ranging from law firms and real estate agents to recruitment companies and craft firms.

Your main task will be to identify and contact potential customers, present our services, and schedule meetings for Account Managers. You will work with prepared lists of qualified leads and use CRM systems and other digital tools to streamline your work. An example of a client could be a law firm that wants to rank high on Google when potential customers search for “law firm Lund,” or a plumber who wants to appear in searches like “plumber Borås.”

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with proactive and outreach contact, for example in a role as a meeting scheduler or telemarketer.
• Has good communication skills and can adapt to different types of customers.
• Is structured and has experience working with CRM systems or similar tools.
• Has a positive and goal-oriented attitude and is driven by achieving results.
• Is competitive and has the ability to maintain a fast pace in your work.
